This rule is irritatingly simple and unforgiving.

Here’s how it goes:

Customer “want” bigger than customer “got” then repeat business goes down and the Trigger Effect is busy stopping first timers.

Customer “got” more than satisfies customer “want” then repeat business protected and the Trigger Effect is out there working unpaid overtime for you. Take a well deserved holiday.

Customer “got” kinda meets the customer “want” is a wasted opportunity. Continue to work hard for a living.

Clue: making that “got” bigger than the “want” is not always about the product.
